Mr. Ronnie Shealy is a great representative for Hoover Buildings. This is the second structure Hoover Buildings has constructed for us. Everything went as planned and the garage is perfect.

After coming close to ordering a building on-line, the quoted price changed and I was un-easy about it like it was a scam. Hoover buildings was about 3 miles from my home, and they had been there all my life, so I stopped by. The staff was friendly and I was able to meet with Ronnie the sales person and talk face to face with a person. Ronnie was able to customize a building to my budget. I asked questions and not just got a verbal answer but we walked into one of their buildings to see the answer. When I walked out that day , I had a contract in my hand that stated everything Hoover was going to build for me and everything the building would cost including concrete, which was important to me because I only had to deal with one contractor. Hoover started when they projected and finished with a very clean and well constructed building. You don't have to just take my word, go by and prove to yourself Hoover buildings can build what you've been looking at on-line with better quality. Local is better.

We engaged Hoover for the roof trusses in our 5000 sq. Ft. House, and were happy with how that went. Based on that experience, we decided to have Hoover build our carport. We had looked at all metal buildings, but felt the wood frame approach was more appealing, more compatible with our home. And since we built our house, more understandable and predictable over time. We liked the idea that we could have built it with our skill set, so watching them build it took much less time, and seeing their practiced and perfected methods made us realize the value of hiring them to do it. Marty and his crew were efficient, fast and friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. Our sales person Ronnie, was easy to work with, relaxed, and genuinely interested in our project and our success. He made sure our needs were met, visited the site before, during and after construction, and was interested in us as people looking to have a relationship with a quality company. Hoover is an excellent value, and we have no problem recommending them!

Brian Adams was excellent ! Spoke with at length, answered many questions and had offered some smart ideas. Brian came out to our site where we wanted to put the Pole Barn. He discussed a few different ways we could try to make it work for our site. In the end the site just wouldn’t work out for our budget as the grading out by the Lake property would be too much for Site Work. At no fault of Brian’s or Hoover Buildings we wont move forward now but Brian will be the FIRST person we call if we get the additional funds needed…. Hopefully Soon!

Excellent product, knowledge, and service! I have an original pole building (Pole Barn House) from the 80’s that had been abandoned and fallen into disrepair but was sentimental. I was unsure if it could be saved, but between Ronnie Hoover and Marty Ballard, they had answers and solutions. Ronnie helped me re-design some of the original 80’s design issues to mitigate erosion problems and Marty knew what needed to be done after the metal was removed and he assessed the structure. Both Ronnie Hoover and Ballard Construction were patient with the many questions I had and did very well at explaining the process. Marty and his team at Ballard Construction are very knowledgeable and professional at what they do; could not ask for a better crew. They were early every day, ready to work, and cleaned the site daily; you are hard pressed to find companies with their kind of work ethic. Hoover Buildings and Ballard Construction exceeded every expectation I had and left me blown away by the results. The are no other companies I would ever use for pole buildings or pole building rehab; the results speak for themselves!
